Q. What actually is it and how does it work?

Our Digital Planner 2.0 is a personal productivity tool that works within the platform Notion. It’s a ready-made digital planner template with all the features and functionality you could need for managing your projects, workload, tasks, goals, documents, general life admin, and honestly just about anything else you need 🤯

You’ll copy the planner template over to your own Notion account and then it’s yours to use and customise.

Q. What is Notion?

Notion is a freemium productivity and note-taking web application. Given the infrastructure of Notion, we wanted to lean on the platforms foundations and support to offer the best digital Productivity Planner through our own TPM template.

Our first planner was such a hit, we've launched a new and improved version.

Q. How do I use the planner/get access to it?

After purchasing your digital planner, you’ll be emailed your unique planner link with step-by-step instructions on how to transfer it to your own Notion account.

Due how detailed the planner is, it may take upwards of 30 minutes to download to your personal account.

Once downloaded, we have a detailed tutorial video walking you through how to use and make the most of your planner. We strongly recommend watching it.

Q. I purchased the first digital planner - can I upgrade?

Absolutely! If you have previously purchased our first digital planner, you will have received an exclusive upgrade offer. Please check the inbox of the email address you used when you made your purchase.

Q. If I upgrade, does all my data copy over?

As this is an entirely new template on Notion with brand new infrastructure, it is unfortunately not possible to copy over any of your data from your previous TPM digital planner.

However, the upgrade is certainly worth it 😉

Q. Is there a monthly subscription cost?

Nope! There are absolutely no monthly fees or extra hidden costs! It was really important to us when building this to make sure that all of the functionality worked on the basic version of Notion which is completely free! Once you have it, you have it forever 🫶

Q. How long does it last?

Technically you have access to the planner forever! To ensure it doesn't take years to download, it comes pre-populated with all days, weeks, months and years, up to and including 2027. You can always add additional dates later.

Q. What is the difference from The Daily Planner?

There are lots of differences, but here are some of the key ones:

Q. What is different to the previous digital planner?

What isn't different?! We have completely overhauled the design, layout and functionality of the planner. It's the same framework you know and love but with 20+ upgrades and 14 brand new features - from a holiday planner to a customisable meal library.

Q. How do I use it?

We've included a detailed tutorial video walking you through every section of our new Digital Planner. Once you duplicate the template, you'll have a setup guide which includes a link to the tutorial video. Please make sure to watch this to set yourself up for success.

Q. Can I access it on my phone?

Our digital planner can be accessed and viewed on desktop, tablet and mobile.

Given how detailed the planner is, we highly recommend using it on desktop for the best user experience.
